Is this a patient portal? Do I need to connect MyChart?
No. OwnVital has no portal logins to set up and works with any provider, in any country. You add records yourself: scan paper, snap a photo, or import a PDF, and OwnVital organizes them.
Where are my records stored?
On your phone, encrypted. There is no OwnVital account and no cloud vault of your documents. If you delete the app, the data goes with it, so export first if you want a copy.
How much will it cost?
You can try OwnVital for free. A paid plan will cover heavier use, like managing records for the whole family. Waitlist members hear pricing first.
